Entry to the Celsius apartments is restricted to residents and visitors through an audio and video intercom system from each apartment to the lobby door.

Private parking spaces are provided for residents in the secure split level basement carpark, with swipe card entry providing direct access to the lobbies. Visitor parking, a car wash bay, bicycle racks and additional storage space are also available in the building’s carpark.

Each apartment is serviced by an Electronic KONETM lift, and for those returning home after the sun sets, an integrated lighting system within the landscaping will ensure safe passage to your apartment. Sport, entertainment and Discovery Channel enthusiasts will benefit from the pay TV outlet provided in the living area, and multiple telephone outlets will make internet connection a breeze.

All materials used throughout the apartments have been carefully chosen for their minimal maintenance and maximum impact. The BoralstoneTM polished concrete flooring is slip free, hygienic and highly durable, and extends from the living areas into the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The unique tile-less bathroom walls have AKRIL a seamless high gloss wet area panelling, eliminating the need for harsh scrubbing and chemical products that tiles typically require.
